The following are the directions for three of the most commonly used routes:

	BY BUS: take the "Ottawa 4" bus and tell the driver you are going to the Unemployed Help Centre--we have a bus stop right in front of the building!
	BY CAR from the E.C. Row Expressway: Take the Expressway to the Lauzon Parkway North exit. Once on Lauzon Parkway, turn left at the third stop light (Cantelon Drive). We're the first building on the left.
	BY CAR from the city: Go to the intersection of Tecumseh Road and Lauzon Parkway (between Jefferson Blvd. and Lauzon Road on the east end of town--there's a Zehr's Grocery Store on the corner). Turn south on Lauzon Parkway. At the second stop light; turn right (this is Cantelon Drive) -- (there is a NEMAC sign on the corner). Once you are on Cantelon Drive, we are the first building on the left.
