This program offers supports to potential employees through subsidized and non-subsidized on-the-job training placements, job trials, and job shadowing. Employers who operate a business in Ontario, who are looking to hire staff, are ready to provide on-the-job training and/or who are seeking people who want to work, may benefit from this program.
