Description:

Follow strategic sales plans to reach company and individual sales goals for assigned services and products. Actively source, establish & maintain business relationships with prospects by networking, and utilizing existing client base. Actively source, establish & maintain business and industry contacts that lead to sale. Utilize and follow up with sales leads provided by partners, marketing, and other sources. Identify and properly qualifying business opportunities using known company practices and experience. Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements. Prepare and participate in formal proposals and demonstrations; presenting to executive levels of
organizations. Coordinate and lead clients though complex decision-making process; explaining details of products and services. Properly update sales tracking database and document sales activity daily. Maintain relationships with existing clients with regular follow up telephone calls or meetings. Attend and participate in trade exhibitions and demonstrations and company meetings. Assist in other areas where the company may need assistance with approval of supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience or a combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a services firm. Working knowledge of CRMs & ERPs. Strong familiarity with working with organizations through various industries. Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technology in a manner that simplifies it so anyone can understand. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to communicate with C-Level executives and/or business owners. Must have strong initiative and ability to work independently to effectively manage your own sales pipeline. Honest, full of integrity and dependable. Must possess a strong sense of interpersonal intelligence. Conduct business affairs with grace and diplomacy. Possess a genuine desire to help. Takes ownership of all tasks and is committed to high quality results. Track record of self-improvement and continuous learning. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
