Office Assistant-AD

Communicate with customers, suppliers, coworkers (In Person, By Telephone, By Email, By Other Electronic Media) and assist with: Maintaining calendars and deadlines, managing field work related material, coordination of installer schedules and commitments, updating accounts and records, administration/coordination aspect for corporate health & safety requirement, administration/coordination aspect for training requirement, manage/review progress of various on-going projects, processing of expenses (Receipts, Bills).


  • Some clerical experience with some administrative/management experience. Some Secondary Education or other experience involving a lot computer work and exposure to software listed: Proficiency/fluency in advanced Excel operations, Outlook, Access and Word. Strong communication/verbal/written skills combined with strong organizational/time management skills with flawless attention to detail and follow through with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Ability to defuse escalated situations/experience with conflict resolution. Knowledge/experience using Quick Books is a bonus. Possess and maintain a clean driving record and criminal record.
