Accounting Assistant-AD

This position is responsible for assisting, processing and reconciling a wide variety of accounting documents, such as invoices, departmental billing, inter company billing, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements and journal vouchers; review and code financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records. This position is responsible for assisting with data entry functions, collection calls, receivables, payables, reception, customer service, taking payments and all other clerical duties.


  • MUST have Simply Accounting and an Accounting background. Knowledge of bank reconciliation is required. Minimum of 2 years in an administrative setting. Independent and Self-Motivated. Exceptional receptionist skills – friendly, helpful, positive attitude
