The Customer Care Coordinator's primary role is to support the management team to achieve key performance indicators in accordance with the insurance company’s and the organization’s required protocols. They contribute to timely project completion through effective and knowledgeable application of industry software.
- College Diploma in Business Administration or related course preferable. Minimum 2 years experience working as an administrative assistant, coordinating projects in an office environment is required. Experience in Construction, Home Building or Project Management is an asset. Highly effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks at any given time. Understanding of residential/commercial construction methods an asset. Analytical, detail oriented, team player, problem solver. Task oriented: 90% of time will be spent working on computer. Experience with Symbility, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle and RMS is a definite asset. Proficiency with Office 365(Excel, Word and Outlook). Strong grammar and spelling skills. Must have transportation as company is located in Essex.
