Description:

Responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on production floor. They will oversee routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals. Knowledge of basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Sense of urgency and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and effective organization skills.
