Description:

Review and consult on installation calendar and installation worksheets; Establish priorities and monitor progress of the installation crew; Checks in with customer prior to starting installation to convey work plan; Inspects work site to ensure product slated for installation can be installed as described; Ensures that the crew keeps work environment clean, organized and safe according to Ministry standards; Responsible for ensuring that the Standard Installation Procedures are implemented and adhered to; Uses proper judgement and tact when issues arise on the job, manages them in a mature manner; Responsible for planning job activities, documenting and reporting; Responsible for providing professional and expert service as a Meloche representative; Maintains strong overall quality control of products and installation; Invites customer to inspect completed installation, demonstrates function and finish on interior and exterior of all product installed; Responds to any customer inquiries; Responsible for collecting customer signature on the Installation Worksheet; Responsible for Reporting in writing extra materials, labour or deficiencies in workmanship or product encountered throughout the project; Ensures team is courteous, polite, helpful and respectful to each other, company representatives and customers; Congenial and professional with customers at all times and uses best efforts to solicit additional business for the company; Provides continuous team coaching, training and mentoring; Uses Performance Reviews to provide company with information regarding individual performance and productivity
