Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, or innovation roles, preferably in the nonprofit or public sector; Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices; Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects; Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive organizational success; Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills; Strong working knowledge of the Long Ter Care Act, Assisted Living Policy, Ontario Human Rights Code, The Mental health Act, and Ontario Disability Support Programs; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Valid Ontario driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage; Police Clearance; 480 hours probation
