Qualifications:

• Must speak and understand English or Spanish - Communication is essential for safety and to complete the job accurately; Experience with lawn equipment such as lawn mover, riding lawnmower, trimmer, leaf blower would be helpful, but not required as long as the employee has the ability to learn and ask questions to ensure skill development; Quick learner, able to ask questions as needed, be honest about their skill level; Skills such as drywalling, mudding, tiling, hedge trimming would be a bonus and would be compensated with higher pay rate; Reliable, able to work as a team player and independently, follow instructions, have initiative, be honest and be punctual; Transportation is a bonus, but not required. Pick up can be done in meeting area in Windsor if needed.
