Maintain salon cleanliness in accordance with established cleaning checklists and standards. Answer phone calls courteously and respond to customer inquiries, or direct them to the salon manager as appropriate. Utilize sales techniques to recommend memberships and tanning products that best meet customer needs and support sales goals. Escalate customer service concerns or special requests to the salon owner or manager when necessary. Perform accurate cash handling and register procedures.
