Description:

Set dish room for the start of the day; Monitors the water and chemical in machine during shift; Record machine temperature and chemical use; Clean and sanitize equipment; Returns equipment to assigned location; Provide aid to complete dishes in and around dishwasher; Sweep floor and station floors throughout shift; Empty garbage and compost throughout the shift; Monitor pop machine operation; Clear tables, clean sanitize tables, chairs; Assist in dining hall where required; Maintain dining hall floors (sweep and mop); Loading – unloading dish machine, running clean dishes; Complete Pre-Inspection check list; Participate in weekly safety inspection; Assist with weekly inventory; Adhere to Simple Serving protocols and procedures
