Description:
Setup bakeshop daily ensure cleanliness is maintained; Follow recipes and directions to prepare bakery items; Prepare baked goods quantities following production sheets; Ensure sufficient inventory on hand to meet business needs; Ensure all waste is recorded in Lean Path; Package date and label products; Organize and package products for distribution; Assist Catering and STG production as required; Ensure inventory is properly stored and rotated; Ensure that all HACCP requirements are met; Assist with daily and weekly inventory; Perform Pre-inspection check list; Perform weekly safety inspectionQualifications:
- Must have basic HACCP Food Safety training; Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate; Must possess a Red Seal in baking; Ability to read, write and follow recipes; Ability to use electronic devices; Able to use kitchen equipment such as but not limited to ovens, food processors; Must be capable of working in a fast-paced and hot cooking environment; Ability to follow Chef’s instruction on setup and displays of food & beverage; Ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time; Ability to lift up to and include approximately 25lbs; Ability to work in a hot environment
