Description:

Opening of kitchen daily; Fire equipment; Prepare breakfast pastries for the day; Prepare breakfast entrees according to recipes and; Accurately record temperature for food and equipment; Ensure proper mis en place is maintained through shift; Prepare lunch entrees according to recipe and production sheets; Review production sheets for 2 days out; Maintain clean and safe work environment to prevent injury; Conduct daily and weekly inventory; Prepare inventory order requests; Assist in other food preparation; Complete Pre-Inspection check list; Receive inventory and store based on FIFO; Positively respond to customer questions or concerns; Prepare Mis en place for next shift; Participate in weekly safety inspection

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Red Seal; HACCP Food Safety training; Customer Service; Able to use various kitchen equipment; Able to work in a fast-paced, hot cooking environment; Ability to follow instruction written and verbal; Ability to read and follow recipes; Ability to use electronic equipment; Ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time; Ability to lift to and including approximately 25lbs. And 50 lbs assisted; Strong dexterity and endurance to complete manual tasks
