Description:

Prepare food for Salad bar; Prepare food for Deli station; Cut and prepare items for Dessert station; Maintain stock in all cold areas during service times; Maintain all service areas in a clean and orderly fashion; Prepare mis en place for shift; Prepare food for next shift; Ensure cold service areas are properly stocked for upcoming meal period; Assess quality of food product for shift and next shift; Make Chef aware of concerns in a proactive manner; Serve guests as required during meal periods as required; Produce menu items requested. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking. Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared; Ensure all HACCP policies and procedures are followed; Assist with daily and weekly inventory; Complete Pre-Inspection check lists; Participate in weekly safety inspection; Set up grill area for daily service & cooks to order; Process food based on portion factors; Maintain food student servery area; Ensure all labels and signage are properly displayed; Maintain nutritional information on all food served; Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared; Break down station at the end of the shift preparing for following shift; Maintain Grill equipment and area to ensure a safe clean environment; Clean grill during shift; Clean and maintain deep fry station; Clean grill and shut down area between meal periods and end of day; Receive and store inventory based on FIFO.
