Description:
Responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition, and will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs.Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED; 5 years of custodial/janitorial experience; First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets; Physical ability to lift up to 50lb; Overtime as required; Hazards associated with the trade; Work both indoors and outdoors
