Description:
Providing excellent customer service to both retail (B2C) and business (B2B) clients. The successful candidate will; Assist walk-in customers in the showroom, by phone, and through online inquiries; Provide product knowledge, quotes, and recommendations based on customer needs; Build and maintain relationships with both retail and business clients; Process sales orders accurately and ensure smooth coordination with delivery/installation teams; Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is welcoming and organizedQualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or wholesale (preferably in building materials, home improvement, or construction-related products); Strong communication and customer service skills; Ability to handle both retail walk-ins and business clients professionally; Computer literacy (POS systems, email, basic spreadsheets); Team-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
