Description:
Hire is responsible for answering incoming phone calls. Implement, manage and follow procedures. Input & Communicate with customers’ Accounts Payable to schedule incoming payments. Manage accounts Payable. Manage all Government remittances (WSIB, HST, EHT, Payroll, Corporate Tax & any interim payment required. Manage Payroll. Reconcile Sage50 data with monthly bank statements. Manage and organize the Health & Safety documentation (Co-chair with a shop employee). Prepare the proper paperwork for employees having to travel to the USA.Qualifications:
- Full G Driver’s license. Reliable transportation required (Periotic trips to the bank, Staples & Customers facilities required). Experience with Sage50/Simply Accounting is an asset. Knowledge of Customs paperwork required for shipments to/from the USA.
