Description:
The Customer Service Representative is an Ambassador’ of the Company in relation to their dealings with Customers. The CSR is responsible for ensuring orders are processed in a time efficient manner, communicating requirements to internal staff, interacting with Customers, coordinating shipping and ensuring the Customer Service Manager is apprised of all activities.Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in the plastics and/or automotive industry. Custom document preparation experience is required. Experience with CBSA/USMCA. Good Computer skills with an MRP and order entry experience. Experience with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook. Good verbal communication skills (French language skills an asset). Must have transportation to get to employer site.
