Description:
Preparing surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, cleaning, and priming). Applying paint, enamel, epoxy, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns. Using specialized spraying equipment. Ensuring quality of work meets company standards.Cleaning work area and equipment. Safely disposing of waste generated during the process. Removing old layers of paint without damaging surfaces. Following safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with painting different materials like steel, aluminum etc. Experience with handheld tools like spray guns, sanders. Experience prepping the project before it goes to paint i.e. taping. License with Forklift is an asset, we can train in house- but previous experience with a forklift would be required. License with an overhead Crane is an asset, training available in house.
