Description:
Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers of SharkNinja via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding Shark Ninja's product and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector; High School or University; Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office; English speaking role; Ability to work in Windows environment; Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking; Eagerness to learn new technologies
