Description:
Processing and packaging items for domestic and international shipment and receiving to work centers while also handling shipping and customs paperwork. Counts and packages outgoing parts according to shipping priorities; Creates packing slips in JobBoss; Maintains labels, counts, and records such as orders, packing slips, and Bills of Lading; Schedules freight shipments, create Bills of Lading, generate all UPS and FedEx shipping labels and customs paperwork; Performs cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Qualifications:
- Must pass police clearance check and have good driving record; 1+ years' experience working as a shipper/receiver; Experience with a quality management system; Familiarity with AS9100 process documentation highly preferred; Previous experience in customs paperwork processing is highly preferred; Forklift experience preferred; Knowledge of aerospace spec requirements a plus.
