Calculate monthly production performance; Plan equipment production capacity for the whole team; Responsible for planning and implementing the training for the team; Manage the team member adjustments; Get involved in new product development and the writing of SOPs; Present the questions that arise from new product development; Training about quality requirements, operational standards; Enhancing the quality and production capacity; Writing and editing SOP and training team members on the operational standard; Schedule and manage the production according to the production plan; Guide team members to accomplish production that meets the requirements of SOP, check the production result and ensure the production plan is being met; Check the production process frequently; Analyze if the production doesn't meet the requirement; Discuss and check the weekly production plan with the production operation department; Responsible for guiding and supervising operators' work according to the requirements of SOP, and solving quality abnormalities arising from operators; Set up the standard of operation and guide the operators with the standards, and evaluate their operation; Coordinate and exclude abnormalities during the operation; Lead and encourage operators to discover issues, present the proposal and implement the improvement; Upgrade production equipment so that production can be release; Improve the standard working hours by increasing production output
