Dish-washing and the ability to understand the process flow of replenishing dishes, glasses, pots and pans to be able to keep in line with service will be the aspect of this position that the trainee will meet.Qualifications:
- Previous knowledge of kitchen skills including knife skills and familiarity of the kitchen components as a whole. Candidate will be open-minded to various techniques and procedures used in the kitchen, be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to multi-task and be able to communicate with staff members.
