Description:

Operates re-cut saws and ensures samples are properly labelled and brought to the Quality Technicians. Help operate the re-cut saw in an effective and cost-efficient manner while
maintaining quality and safety standards; Perform the required PM checks on the re-cut saw daily; Observe the cutting machine in operation to ensure even flow of stock and
to detect jamming, improper feeding, or foreign materials; Record data concerning amount and type of stock cut from parts, including weight, length and width; Read and follow all notes in EPICS; Inspect cut lengths, critical dimensions and visually inspect material; Ensure proper handling of material; Label and keep re-cuts together for traceability; Use a bar code machine to label products; Sort the re-cuts to be organized and ready to ship; Sort and stack boxes of material; Responsible for reporting equipment malfunctions
