We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join our roofing teams. In this role, you’ll support skilled roofing technicians on a variety of projects, assist with manual labor tasks, and help ensure each job site runs safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit, motivated, and eager to learn. No prior roofing experience is required as we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities
Assist team members with service and full-scale roofing projects, including site preparation and clean-up
Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns to complete assigned tasks
Safely and efficiently lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
Support carpenters and tradespeople with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
Apply caulking and sealing materials to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
