Description:
Operate a Doosan DBC 110S Horizontal Boring Mill; Create, load, and examine CNC programs from Fusion 360 CAM software; Set up tools, indicate and load materials onto Boring Mill; Carry out machining of Plates / Castings & Weldments. Eye Bolts, Dowels, Drilling Cycles, Boring, Plate work, 3D Milling & Finishing; Carry out in process inspection to the authorized level; Identify and report errors and suggest improvements to Plant Manager; Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, clean and organized; Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required by the Plant ManagerQualifications:
- Fully skilled 3 years minimum experience; Read/Understand blueprints - 1st/3rd Angle Projection; Read/Understand/Edit/Write G-Code & basic programs through the controller; Able to Program using Fusion 360 CAM Software; Work to specified tolerances as stated on prints with various materials; Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment; Able to work under own initiative & meet timelines as set out; Flexible, courteous, friendly and positive approach; Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism always; Operator should have their own tools to perform machining duties
