This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities, build positive relationships, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must work independently with sound judgment, adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and contribute to improving processes where appropriate. They must also demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, effective conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, a commitment to safety and respectful interactions, and be able to meet criminal reference and vulnerable sector check requirements.Qualifications:
- 2-3 year Study in Business Administration from an accredited Canadian Community College and 2-3 years recent and relevant work experience. Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Internet and standard office equipment. Minimum one year’s experience in residential property management or a related field. Recent and relevant working knowledge of the legislative and the legal framework under which the services are delivered. Must have the ability to drive in accordance with agency policies as travel by personal vehicle across Essex County on a regular basis is required. Must own effective mode of transportation and a valid Ontario driver’s license. Must provide up-to-date police clearance and proof of insurance.
