Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from company; Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written); Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions; Comfortable working at heights and able to use fall protection equipment; Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team; Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality; Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace. Assets (Preferred but Not Required): Previous commercial or residential roofing experience; Valid Working at Heights (WAH) certification; Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record; Experience with TPO, EPDM, SBS, sheet metal, or related roofing systems; Forklift, telehandler, aerial lift, crane signaling, or other construction certifications; Leadership or supervisory experience (Lead Hand/Foreman applicants).
