Description:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting guests, taking and processing orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to customer needs. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas, process payments accurately, assist with opening and closing duties, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a positive guest experience.Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.
- Food Handler Certification required.
- Smart Serve Certification required if serving alcoholic beverages.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
