Clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment to meet strict hygiene standards; Assist with basic food preparation under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers; Maintain clean workstations, floors, and storage areas throughout the shift; Support the proper organization and storage of food ingredients and supplies; Handle waste disposal and recycling routines to keep the workspace tidy.Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is most important; Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically active tasks; Familiarity with basic food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines; Good communication skills and a cooperative, dependable attitude; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
