Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies. Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, social media, career fairs, and other online platforms. Pre-screen job candidates over the phone. Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews. Conduct references checks. Facilitate pre-employment testing as well as new employee onboarding and orientation. Responsible for new hire setup for employee in ADP time attendance. Liaise with staffing agencies to ensure proper headcount for production. Manage all communication with candidates. Maintain hiring tracker.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent. Human Resources background preferred. Recruiting experience in a high volume environment. Knowledge of relevant employment. legislation. Knowledge of relevant social media platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite. High-energy and passion. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
