Description:

The trainee will produce all menu items as per restaurant specifics. The trainee will complete Prep work (peel, cut, slice etc.) of the days needs and ongoing as needed and train as to knife techniques and cuts along with safe handling of kitchen equipment. The trainee will maintain quality and speed of output with attention to detail with all menu items. Desire and ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience not necessary but is considered an asset. The ability to work independently and as a team player; A willingness to learn; The ability to perform his job in a safe manner.
