Office / Admin Duties: Order entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping; Customer communication (phone/email); Maintaining records and reports. Production / Plant Support: Vacuum sealing and packaging pork products; Labeling and prepping orders; Assisting with production tasks as needed. Food & Health Safety: Following HACCP and food safety protocols; Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment; Assisting with compliance documentation and logsQualifications:
- Comfortable working in a cold production environment and handling raw meat; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to switch between tasks quickly; A team player who follows procedures precisely; Reliable and consistent and attendance is critical
